Environment
We strive to take care of the environment in which we live and improve our tenants' standard of living and the quality of housing. Therefore, we invest in modernization, the thermal insulation of houses and thus also in reducing the energy consumption of flats. We are revitalizing urban locations and planting new trees.
Social support
From isolated locations we gradually create beautiful places to live. We support young families with children and seniors, with whom we take an individual approach to their specific needs. We have been cooperating on a long-term basis both with the Municipal Office in Znojmo to integrate socially challenged, excluded or otherwise disadvantaged people back into society. We continue to educate these excluded or disadvantaged people socially, as they all have the right to dignified housing.
Communication, openness and trust
Communication is essential. That is why we are helpful in every respect and openly communicate with the local authorities on a daily basis. But our openness does not end with government offices. We listen primarily to our tenants and try to accommodate everyone to the highest degree. And because we have, among other things, senior tenants and other otherwise disabled persons, it is no problem for us to visit them at their home and solve any problem personally.
Support of local tradesmen
Our commercial premises are used by many small business owners. Thanks to constant repairs and modernization, we also provide opportunities to entrepreneurs from the Znojmo region. We also work with larger companies following the high standards of the corporate social responsibility, mainly in the energy sector, specifically the most reliable ones such as innogy and E.ON.
Support for local cultural and sports organizations
We help the cultural and sports organisations, for example, we support the Children's Hiking Club in Znojmo and the local football club.
